Abler Nordic Fund IV is a direct-investment fund managed by Abler Nordic (formerly Nordic Microfinance Initiative), a Norwegian impact investment manager focused on financial inclusion in emerging and frontier markets. Fund IV makes direct investments in financial service providers across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa, with a broadened scope covering traditional microfinance institutions as well as companies offering affordable housing finance and agri-tech solutions. Backed by public and private Nordic institutional investors including Norfund and IFU, the fund combines catalytic capital with active ownership to help low-income households and small businesses access the financial services they need.
