100 Women in AI

100 Women in AI is an annual recognition campaign and honoree platform created by venture capital firms Flybridge and XFactor Ventures to celebrate women driving progress in artificial intelligence. The campaign evaluates nominees across six dimensions — seniority, pedigree, accomplishments, impact, influence, and innovation — using a weighted composite score that emphasizes impact and influence. Honorees span research, infrastructure, product, entrepreneurship, investment, and policy. The initiative was created in response to the underrepresentation of women in AI public discourse despite their foundational contributions to the field.
